Support the business owner with internal strategic planning by understanding the needs of clients and staff, providing informed feedback, and leading or delegating projects that enhance outcomes for the organisation, the team, and the people we support. Contribute to business sustainability and ongoing growth by assisting the business owner with operational and strategic initiatives. With the Business Owner, identify workforce needs and potential. Qualifications / Essentials Relevant tertiary qualification, and full SPA registration 2 years minimum in a senior/leadership position Broad clinical experience with pre-school and / or school- aged children.
